Subject of Services
We provide services in the field of custom cosmetic product development, consulting, and technical support in the cosmetics industry.
Service Ordering
Services are ordered based on individual inquiries through the contact form or email. Price quotes are prepared individually according to client requirements.
Payment Terms
Payment for services is due according to the terms agreed in the individual contract or invoice. Standard invoice payment term is 14 days from issue.
Intellectual Property
All outputs, formulations, and documentation created as part of service provision are intellectual property according to contractual agreements with the client.
Confidentiality
We undertake to maintain confidentiality about all information and data that the client provides to us during our cooperation.
Liability
The provider is responsible for the professional provision of services in accordance with applicable regulations and standards of the cosmetics industry.
Termination of Cooperation
Cooperation may be terminated by agreement of both parties or in accordance with the conditions specified in the individual contract.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved by mutual agreement or before the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
Final Provisions
These terms and conditions take effect on the date of publication on the website. The provider reserves the right to change these terms.
